10 Beauty Tips
It is easy to see and feel more beautiful starting today. You can even route your pocket book because these tips are free. Here are 10 tips for simple beauty. 1. Smile ... will brighten your day and others around you feel your energy. 2. Stretch ... cats know that total body stretch does wonders. Clear your system. 8 glasses per day is recommended. Your skin will radiate. |

8. "Stop and smell the roses". Look for the good in everything.
This is a toughie because most of us are "trained" to look for errors,
mistakes, shortcomings, defects, etc. Begin with yourself. List all
assets (not just physically). Then realize all the good things in you.
Go to other things around you. Work on this issue every day until it
becomes a habit. There is something good about everything and everyone.
Once you realize that you will find good everywhere without even
trying. 9. Here ... every day something new. Pick up a book. or search
online. Learning to do something you've always wanted to do. You can
even start free online research. Find the subject and start stimulating
and enriching your mind today. 10. Reward yourself. Set financial and personal goals and tag them rewards for completing them. (this may have something special you always wanted to do. and not necessarily a purchase .. But if you've done the above, maybe go and spend a little. You deserve it! |
